Group trip to Brum for Indian meal out!

On Saturday evening, ten members of RVV enjoyed a vegan meal at Jyoti's Vegetarian Restaurant in Hall Green, Birmingham. We each tucked in to three delicious courses with generous portions, and a drink, for under £10. Jyoti's are almost unique in that they label the menu options which are NOT suitable for vegans (a small minority), giving ethical diners a vast choice! www.jyotis.co.uk

Vegan Greens Shock Result in Local Elections

Four members of RVV stood for the Green Party in the County Council Elections on the 4th June. The 3 vegans and a vegetarian shocked other political parties when a massive 14% of people across the town voted for the Green Party! We`re delighted that members of RVV gave residents the opportunity to cast a vote for a sustainable town.
