Liz Hughes is an experienced veggie/vegan cookery demonstrator/class organiser. She has a Cordon Vert Diploma in Vegetarian Cooking.
She now has two double bedrooms for B&B, which you can book to stay in whether or not you also do a cookery course. So you can be pampered as well as learning to pamper yourself and your friends. The Malvern Hills are a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
